The Role:

We are looking for a Director of Sales. The ideal candidate has experience and is excited finding and closing deals in the Digital Identity space. Success for this position is someone who has a "roll up your sleeves" and do the job first mindset.

What You Will Do:

  • In this role, you will start as an "individual contributor" and help grow a team once scale is reached.
  • You will work with the Identity leadership team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Teams on Field events and targeted ad and nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identity opportunities and target key accounts.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify key company accounts to develop.
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing and Product team develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team's assigned accounts.
  • At scale, hire additional resources to increase revenue.
  • Additional job duties as assigned by the company.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 4+ years proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • An understanding of digital identity and experience in the space - you will be calling on Heads of Product, CMOs and Heads of Data.
  • Sector experience is a plus: FinTech, Healthcare, Gig economy, Banking, or Insurance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques (Sandler, Challenger, etc).
  • Track record of achieving opportunity generation goals.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and objection handling skills.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or like degree.


  • Resolve customer issues regarding sales and service.
  • Oversee existing corporate clients.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports using CRM
  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings.
